This weekend was a special time for my family. My baby brother graduated from college. It feels weird typing that and saying it out loud is stranger. He is still suppose to be that little boy with curly blonde hair that I used to put clips in and pretended was my little baby. He isn’t suppose to be an adult graduating from A&M and moving on to the next chapter of his life being a grown up. But he is and we are so incredibly proud of him.
Jordan, I know that I tease you a lot and can give you a hard time but I hope that you know I am so proud of you. You are such a good kid, excuse me, man, with a heart of gold. I know that you are going to do wonderful things with your life. This part of life, right after graduation, can be a little scary. Finding a job and establishing yourself can be daunting but you are a smart, determined, kind person and you will be just fine. I have faith in you. It’s hard to imagine where you will be in life in a few years, but know that no matter what, you have God and you have us. You’ve got this baby brother.
